About Driving Hope

Driving Hope is a Christ-centered 501c(3) non-profit serving Central Alabama and surrounding areas.

Three necessities to stability are food, shelter, and transportation. Of the three, transportation is no less important and often overlooked. Without physical transportation, not only are job opportunities limited, but school, groceries, and doctor’s visits all become a daily burden.

Driving Hope seeks to provide assistance for those with a transportation need. Our focus is to financially help with minor repairs (i.e. starter or alternator) or expenses (i.e. tire or battery) for a client-owned vehicle. Driving Hope may also help with acquiring a drivers license and in some cases, tag and title costs. All applications and needs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Driving Hope Inc. serves Central Alabama.

Partner With Us

Driving Hope needs partners to make this possible. 100% of all donations are applied toward meeting the needs of our clients. We except both monetary and vehicle donations. Most importantly, pray that God will be glorified through these efforts and that the love of Christ shines through all.

You can DONATE ONLINE or by MAIL and as always, your contributions are tax deductible. The vehicle donation form is HERE.

Testimonials

Hearing back from our clients how their lives have been changed and how God is working lifts our spirits each time.
